Grifters, The (1990) IMDB rating: 7.00 Plot: When con artist Roy Dillon (Cusack) is visited by his Mother, Lilly (Huston), who is also a con artist, she sends Roy off to the hospital because of a blow to the gut he suffered while working the grift. Roy’s girlfriend, Myra (Bening), the third con artist, comes to visit Roy, and we discover that Lilly and Myra don’t get along. After he is released from the hospital, Roy and Myra go on a little trip, where he is propositioned to be partners in crime with Myra. Everything soon falls apart for the three con artists, which leads to a bloody climax.

The Rescuers Down Under (1990) IMDB rating: 6.60 Plot: Cody, a boy from Mugwomp Flats responds to a distress call about a trapped giant Golden Eagle called Marahute. What's your opinion on this idea of my added character to twilight Jasmin Cullen?
Hi it’s me again ,and I’m just posting another little story idea about my added character to twilight (Jasmin Cullen).On my last story idea I had a few comments saying that I had run-on sentences
,or misused commas or tense changes ,something that isn’t so easy to catch ,but if you couldn’t tell
I’m just a minor so I haven’t exactly learned every grammar rule in the world. Let alone mastered them all,and I’m not trying to be some magnificent writer or anything ;I’m merely just a girl with an idea who’s just wondering if you all like the idea of my character .So if you would , when you comment please talk to me about the idea ,if it’s good then I’ll fix the grammar ,but if it isn’t then there’s no need .So please don’t be mad or anything I just want you all to understand why I would of made the mistakes that I’ve made ,I will admit that some are careless but some are just made because I haven’t learned them yet.Regardless I’ll try to do the best I can ,maybe it would help if you looked at it as if someone was telling you about it ,but once again if you would please give me your opinion on" Jasmin Cullen" then I promise I’ll get my dad or cousin to edit my work first before I post it .So with that said Here’s another idea of mine about Jasmin Cullen.This one was said to be interesting (by friends) it’s when she meets the rest of the family(Emmett,Alice ,Jasper,and Rosealie) and she has a nightmare ,and she discusses her thirst with her new father Edward and lots more so I hope it intrigues you !
Overview of what happened so far : Jasmin found her home that she was looking for .Of course she wouldn’t find a perfect little brady bunch family ,had a vampire family to love which was worth so much more to her .
New section ~Found Home Pt1 ~
setting~ first week of summer ,first day being half vampire , one A.M., at the Cullens house

Character update ~Myanlandria (Mya for short )is Jasmin’s spirit guardian a black cat that can shape
shift into any type of jungle or house cat ;she can breath fire,talk, run at the speed of light ,and do things with her mind .She’s over a thousand years old ,and has to stay with Jasmin where ever she goes .
Jasmin Age10~

I was laying on the couch , my head in Esme’s lap with my feet on Edward I glimse over at Carlisle,
he and Mya were getting aquainted with each other .Half asleep I looked at the clock that was mounted over top the fire place ,it said one A.M. , I yawned once then Esme glances down at me
"Oh! Youre’ bed!" she announced abruptly my eyes poped opened by her unexpected outburst ,
I sat up ,and shifted over and laid on Edward .Esme zoomed up the stairs ,and in two seconds she was back saying"Alright sweetheart you may come up now ."I feel Edward then scoop me up in his arms and and start to carry me up the stairs ."Goodnite !" Carlisle and mya said ,but I was too sleepy to reply so I just waved .He takes me up to ,what I’m guessing ,is his room . .there wasn’t a bed ,but there was a couch that pulled out into a bed .I laughed at the pink, flower comforter
and sheets on it, thinking that Esme must of gotten them while Edward and I were gone.He laid me on the couch/bed they both gave me a kiss on the forehead then left ,I was still too sleepy to reply so I just blew them an air kiss. It didn’t take me too long to drift off to sleep ,and when I did I dreamt of my new family and I.We were in an open field when . . there was a sudden chill in the air ,and the sky turned black ,and a dark crow with red eyes flew in front of the sun and it started to devour anything, and everything in it’s path we were running as fast as we could ,but it wouldn’t stop I’d reach out to someone and the crow would just destroy them .I screamed in terror "Jasmin!" ,"Jasmin!" someone called my name, I looked around but I didn’t see anyone just me and the horrifying bird,my heart started beating faster ,my breathing quickened "Jasmin!" it was getting closer and closer "Jasmin !Jasmin—–n!" . . .I opened my eyes to be in Edwards grip and surrounded by everyone ,they all sighed in relief ,I guess, "Darling are you alright ?" Carlisle asked. I didn’t reply right away I sighed in relief myself once I figured out that I was dreaming "It-it was only a dream? . .But it seemed so real."
I stuttered "You-you were screaming ,and-and we didn’t know if or what was wrong ."Esme panicked.
I looked at Edward who was gripping me by the arms then I replied "Ya . .um. I’m ok it just freaked me out I guess ."I replied .I was a little bit confused but mostly relieved "Would you like to talk about it ?" Carlisle asked ,intrigued all the sudden .I thought for a moment "I-I don’t even remember it ." I whispered
"Are you sure you’re alright though ?" Edward asked with a stern tone. "Um . .
ya I’m fine ." I reassured him .I smiled ,
they uneasily smiled back ,then gave me a hug and kiss then left except Edward whom was still in the room he wasn’t convinced "Are you sure ?" he asked again he was reading my mind I really wasn’t sure .Because I’ve never had a nightmare ;not for a long time anyway ."Well if it would make you feel better you could stay in here with me . .just to make sure I don’t have another nightmare." I said knowing that I wanted him to ; I didn’t want to be alone.
He smirked then zoomed over to the left side of me on the couch he rapped one arm around me then I buried my self into
his side .I started to drift off to sleep again ,but it was much better ,very peaceful ,calming to me .The next mornig I woke up because I could feel the light shining through from the blinds
in the window .I peeked an eye open to see Edward,and Esme staring at me ;I
laughed ". .Googmorning."
ok so there’s the first half of this new section, please tell what you think
Oh! and mya belongs she goes along with Jasmin .She’s in the first two ideas that I’ve had if you still don’t like her fine but if you do go to my page and you’ll see a more in depth description of her

I was so distracted by your punctuation I couldn’t even read it.

When you use comma’s you don’t put a space before you use one. Doing a comma like so, is correct. Doing one like this , is wrong. Same thing goes with semi-colons.

When you’re ending a sentence with a period, it is next to the last letter of ending sentence. Then there are two spaces before you start your next sentence.

Also, the idea of bringing some mystical cat into an already established story that you’re trying to add to is just a bad idea. If you want to write a fan fiction by adding another vampire to the Cullen clan, fantastic; have fun with it. But to add some magical, fire breathing cat into the mix is just a really bad idea. I’d completely remove it if I were you.

Yeah, go ahead and just read real fiction. Taking someone else’s ideas and dumping your infantile fantasies onto them isn’t productive, and no one will want to read this.
Furthermore, punctuation isn’t some form of advanced grammar. Most 1st graders understand that punctuation goes right after the word, like this, and not inexplicably spaced afterwards.
I hope your teachers are ashamed.
Your parents, presumably, are dead.

Well, it would’ve been nice to know your taste in movies. But as an avid movie-watcher, I think these are the films from that list you should watch first:
– Se7en
– The Big Lebowski
– True Romance
– Kill Bill 1&2
– Knocked Up
– 3:10 to Yuma

All of those films are great and by great filmmakers. Se7en is one of David Fincher’s best film (yes, it’s better than Fight Club) and one of the best murder/thrillers I’ve ever seen. The Big Lebowski is a phenomenal film by the insanely talented Coen Brothers. True Romance was written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by Tony Scott and is a fantastic film. The Kill Bills are highly entertaining and gory, by Tarantino. Knocked Up is one of the best comedies in the past quarter century by Judd Apatow, who is the master of comedy since he changed the landscape of the genre (every R-rated movie is imitating Apatow). And 3:10 to Yuma is a great modern-Western flick by Mangold (Walk the Line) and with great acting by Russell Crowe and Christian Bale.

Seven is supposed to be very good.

Rat Race is one of the two funniest movies I’ve ever seen (the other being Airplane!)

The Number 23 was in my opinion very, very bad.

Mad Money wasn’t horribleeee — I mean, I didn’t hate myself for seeing it — but probably not worth seeing first.

Hitch was really good. Really funny and sincere.

I’ve heard that Eulogy is great (With Penelope Cruz, right?)

Kill Bill 1&2 are also really good, if you understand and get the tone and style of them.

Knocked Up was ok… funny.

I’d go with either Hitch, Rat Race, or Kill Bill 1.

Knocked Up or 3:10 to Yuma.

Knocked Up is hilarious and is a definite laugh, while 3:10 to Yuma gives you a surprise and is definitley worth watching. Hope i helped.
