Fantasia/2000 (1999) IMDB rating: 7.20 Plot: In this update of Disney’s masterpiece film mixture of animation and music, new interpretations of great works of music are presented. It begins with an abstract battle of light and darkness set to the music of Beethoveen’s Fifth Symphony. Then we see the adventures of a Humpback Whale calf and his pod set to “The Pines of Rome.” Next is the humourous story of several lives in 1930’s New York City, scored with “Rhapsody in Blue.” Following is a musical telling of the fairy tale, “The Steadfast Tin Soldier” set to Dmitri Shostakovich’s Piano Concerto No. 2. Then a goofy Flamingo causes havoc in his flock with his yo-yo to the tune of the finale of “Carnival of the Animals.” This is followed by the classic sequence from the original film, “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” starring Mickey Mouse and followed by “Pomp and Circumstance” starring Donald Duck as a harried assistant to Noah on his Ark. Finally, we see the awesome tale of the life, death and renewal of a forest in a sequence featuring the composition, “The Firebird.”

I used to watch The Little Mermaid constantly when it first came out. I was obsessed! I would take a bath and pretend I was Ariel all the time. Had the barbies, and everything! At 23 now, I would like buy the DVD and keep for my children. I also loved Aladdin (although, nothing beat The Little Mermaid!) and also had the barbie dolls and thought the magic carpet was the coolest thing ever.

Unfaithfully Yours (1984) IMDB rating: 5.80 Plot: Claude Eastman, is a composer and conductor. He is married to Daniella, who is half his age. While away on a trip he told his Italian driver, Giuseppe, to tell his friend Norman to keep an eye on her, or take care of her. But his english is not too good, so Norman thought he was saying that Claude wanted him to hire a private eye to keep tabs on her. Which he did. Claude tells him that it’s ok but the man Norman hired gives him his report and it says something happened while he was away. Claude, of course, tells him to throw it away but after Norman leaves, Claude tries to retrieve it and tries to read it but Daniella’s there, when Giuseppe destoys it, he goes to the man Norman hired to get a copy. He tells Claude that a man went into his apartment while he was away and left at an unusual hour, and that he also has a video. Claude tells him to destroy it but shortly after leaving returns so that he can watch it. Now the video’s a little fuzzy but clearly he can see that the man wears a particular type of clothing. Claude goes around checking every man he knows to see if they wear that clothing. He discovers that Max, his protege and a ladies man wears it. After confronting Daniella, she is harboring a secret but not what Claude thinks it is, so when she tells Claude that it’s no big thing, Claude freaks out, and is planning to kill her and frame Max but an unforeseen circumstance disrupts the perfect plan he dreamed up.

Do you think there will be a flying skateboard like they reckoned in the movie Back To The Future?
Back in 1985 they reckoned that in the year 2015 there would be a flying skateboard. People maybe thought that there would be back at the time the movie came out. I would say that there won’t be one as it is now 2010 and only 5 years to go. It’s just like the programme Futurerama where they reckon what it will be like in the year 3000. It probably won’t be like that but no one around will be alive then.

Probably not. A device can only output as much energy as is contained in its fuel source, and a fuel source that can output the amount of energy required to life a man like that is unlikely to be compact enough to fit on a device that small.

You couldn’t list a man based on thrust with a device that small, and according to the laws of physics you’d need a massive amount of energy to nullify or repel gravity, which equally is unlikely every to be doable with a device that small.

Even if you were to use zero point energy, or vacuum energy the generator would be too large and too heavy to fit on a hover board.

It could possibly be done by a device that gained its power through a microwave power link, but the device would not be able to function without an external generator supplying it with energy.

She obviously has a problem with how I am?
First off, I know I’m not in the popular crowd in school.
I’m average, as far as that goes. I have friends and they are average too.

From February to June, in my school, we’re allowed to leave campus for lunch. My friends usually stay in the building though, and we eat and talk in the school. The whole ‘popular’ crowd goes out a lot. My mother was having lunch today and the pizzeria and happened to see all of these popular people come in and have lunch.

Then, when I got out of school, she started questioning me as to why I don’t go out for lunch. She told me that I should "find some friends and go out." I definitely got the feeling that she thinks there must be something wrong with me because I don’t go out. And she kept pressing me on it, until I flat out asked her why she cares so much, and she started cursing at me that I was disrespectful.

The thing is, she always does things like this. I never have enough or the right friends for her. She finds ‘problems’ with all of them. The truth is, and we both know it, that she WISHES I were one of the popular girls and friends with all of them. And this is just another event, in the long list, that proves it.

Now, the stupidest part is that the SECOND I exhibit any behavior that’s typical to the way those girls act, she gets nervous. Those girls are notorious for hooking up with guys and staying out until late at night. The ONE TIME I asked to stay out until 12 she said "NO FUCKING WAY AM I LETTING YOU DO THAT!" And then once she overheard me talking about making out with my friend, and she’s like "We don’t do that. It’s not lady like."

I don’t know what to do with her. I’m sick of it. I’m sick of worring about what she thinks of how I live my life and who my friends are.

The trick is to get a boyfriend that she really can’t stand, dump him, and then get someone better.

That way she can appreciate that at least you are not with the other guy and should give you some slack.

She starts acting up again, then right back to bringing home the losers.

You have to train them proper.

all i can say is, why is she so obsessed withyou anyway? maybe she is really concerned about herself. i mean, come on: you never have enough friends for her? she freaks out about you asking people out? she is totally threatened by you. she knows how big confidence is in the ‘popularity/boys’ area, and she’s dragging you down. how pathetic can you get? next time, say something cool and nice, Like: "don’t be nervous. I don’t want to have a whole bunch of borfriends and friends" or something like that, but more subtle because she’ll think you’re being sarcastic. the other possibility i can think of is she wants to be your friend. if she’s not just trying to say she’s superior, she might be -gasp!- looking out for you. how should i know? we’re not her. turn the other cheek, and chill out. sorry but you seem as silly as she is by spending this much time thinking about her. ( yes, i know im answering your question, so ditto.)

I am really bored with my life and my horrible friends and they ditched me on new years to listen to radio!?
So I live in a small and boring country where you can only get a drivers lisence after 18.
I’m in the class at school for all the students that have a bit harder time at school and we have at least twice as much homework as the other classes so I’m always drowning in homework.
I haved no friends in my class because we are just different types.
I can’t legally get a job.
My "friends" are utterly boring and we never do anything at school much less out of school.

Last week one of my friends who used to go to our school had a party and only 3 of us showed.
At the party, only me and that friend who hosted the party did anything fun and the other 2 just sat there and talked about how we were such losers and they were so bored. Hypocrites.

For new years, I was the one who made plans to go to a big city and eat at an good resteraunt and then go to a party and I invited everyone. I told them to tell me quickly so i could make reservations and get tickets.
Only two said they could go and then on the 29 they cancelled on me to LISTEN TO RADIO FOR 6 HOURS! no joke. they literally said all that.
Then I got mad and they said they didn’t want to go with me because I told them not to come which is pure crap! This wouldn’t be such a big deal if we had fun at school, but we never do.

I don’t have anything to do and don’t say that new years is overrated.
I can’t go to my friend who used to go to my school because shes partying with her new friends and sleeping at one of their houses.
And I need a life.
Please help and I hope your having more fun than me today!

OW! You want some cheese with that WHINE? Honey, you need to get new friends. You sound like you are in a slump and your negativity is drowning you. Time to just go and have some fun. Pick some people who are like you, no one to care about them and just make a party. I have had fun just sitting around with a gallon of milk and pack of good cookies and some new friends, chatting it up and talking about everything from dogs to tattoos (I have no tattoos and have 2 dogs). Life is what you make it and if you make it depressing, it is depressing. Shake things up, move out of your comfort zone, do something you wouldn’t normally do, with someone you wouldn’t normally ask. Just try it! You can’t do any worse than you are presently. If you must, try shaking up the group you are in, make it seem exciting, stupid, or whatever, go with the flow. Ask everyone to meet at your room with their favorite cookie and you supply the cups and milk. Throw some confetti around and get to taste testing each others cookies. Make it into a party and just let loose and have some fun. Only positive remarks are allowed. Make a list of rules before the tasting starts and for Goodness sake, laugh a little. You are too young to feel this old. Good luck!

Yes, you do need a life. Forget all your no-life friends and get yourself some goal that is bigger than you are (like setting up a foundation to help homeless people in America) and spend your time working to achieve that.

If you do that you will not have time to worry about your friends wanting to listen to the radio all day, because you will leave them behind and they will not be your friends any more. Instead, they will be watching your live interviews on CNN once you become a famous super-achiever… or they will hear about it on the radio.

well today before i went to work i saw my friend at Starbucks so i stopped by to see what was going on and it was FREEZING outside and i have a short sleeve shirt on. So as im sitting there shivering this girl who is one of my friends friend who i dont know at all comes and sits with us. and she takes her sweater that she had and gives it to me.now i know this isnt anything big this meant the world to me and made me believe that there actually are great people out there, somthing as little as that made my day idk why. has a stranger ever done anything nice to any of you?

I try to always do nice things for people out of the blue, it tends to make their day! It gives you a good feeling and I think it makes for good Karma!

One time I pushed an elderly man in his electric wheelchair for 3 blocks!!! There was a torrential rainstorm and his wheelchair battery was shorting out so he couldn’t go very fast. Disgusted at the drivers who honked at him trudging along the side of the road, I pulled over and asked him if he’d like a lift but we couldn’t get his chair into my car, so I pulled over, parked my car and pushed him the remaining 3 blocks to his house, then walked back to my car. I was soaked to the skin but I didn’t care, I felt too good about having helped and making a stranger’s day that much brighter.

I really want to see the Hounddog movie with Dakota Fanning in it. Its not out on Dvd for some reason and yeh. Is there anyplace on the internet that i can download it for free?

just make an account (you don’t have to pay anything- its all FREE)
and after logging in the first time- if you click "always logged in", you’ll never have to log in again

i have an account and you can download pretty much anything. its great for finding rare movies and tv shows. and if you’re lucky you can find stuff thats still playing in theatres

people post movies in a variety of file formats onto that HUGE indexed forum and its all very safe. i definitely recommend it

after getting an account, type "hounddog" into the forum search bar (located next the top of the page next to the little magnifying glass) and click "search". i just tried it then and got a result for Hounddog (2008) DVDrip. you can then download the .rar files off the links.

(if you don’t know what to do with .rar files, then check out the tutorials and stuff in the help section of the forum. or just look up yahoo answers)
