can u guys give me any advice on my problem?
i asked this question before but i didnt title right so i didn`t get the asnwers i want

im 16 and have had a ruff childhood. grew up with only my mum and no siblings. shes made minimun wage as a waitress and then suffred a heart attack when i was 8 and we lived off welfare in a ruff neiborhood. when i was 12 i quit school and worked 3 jobs to pay for us. my mum passed away when i was 15 and ive lived on my own since then. all my friends r black and even tho i dont dress like a g i have my own style thats isnt rly white either. soo i wass haggin with m boiis after i was done work and this rich black kid who is 18 whose dad owns a bank started makin fun of me. i told him you dont kno anything about me and too leave me alone but then he started makin fun of my mon. soo i punched him in the face and when he fell i kicked him like 10 times. i cracked 2 ribs and knocked out his 4 front teeth. i later learned that he was a multi millionaires son and that his dad hired like 5 lawyers and there gunna sue mee.

i oubviously cant afford a lawyer and the only thing i got are 3 witneesses who r my bois. 2 of them have records tho.

i also dont think the province (quebec) i live in knows i live by my self since my mother passed away. could that get that also get mee into more trouble

and please nobody write i feel bad for u or pity you cause that has been the story of my life

Well you might go to juvenile ( that’s wat happen in the u.s i dnt know about Canada) you might get anger and assault. since ur under 18 i think you will get like 6 months to maybe a yr or two… i dnt know if they will put you in foster care but depending on the law you might be able to live by yourself. may god guide and help you. hopefully, although it can be hard its best to Just walk away from people who insult you.. they want to get you upset. Don’t let them get the best of you. While ur in juvi they might have a school program. you should finish up school and graduate and rise above all the ruff things in your life and become someone. not a G or a hustler.. you’ll either get shoot or go to jail anyway. I wish you the best. Let me know what happens…

Maybe you are worrying about something that won’t happen. He knows you have no money. The judge should be fair, just tell your side and let the judge decide. They will consider the fact that he is rich and probably a bully. If you have to go to court don’t swagger and act tough, be polite and tell your story. Good luck and we are praying for you. Try to get an education so you get go out of that neighborhood and into a better community and to live with people that are not destined for prison.

I am sorry but you are going to have to own up.. you over reacted to name calling and you are really guilty. Nothing that someone says no mater how mean or cruel is allowed to be followed by violence. You are too young to be sued but you are going to have to be charged. Go to a food bank and talk to the people who run it and they can help you find a free lawyer. If you turn yourself in and show that you are actually sorry for overreacting you might end up with only community service. But you need to go back to school. If you get your grade twelve even with bad marks you can then go to a year long trade school. My nephew has a learning disability and barely made it through high school but now is earning 30′000 as an apprentice after a 6 month goverment paid course and his income will double after a year.

IF YOU DON’T THINK YOU WERE WRONG WITH REACTING WITH VIOLENCE THEN YOU ARE IN REALLY BIG TROUBLE. If you man-up and admitt to the judge you were wrong then they might give you probation, send you to an anger management class and if you ask for help they might even give you guidence on what to do with your life.

Well, first of all, how does this guy even know who you are? if you don’t go the same places you usually go for a while, and change your appearance, he may not find you. He just knows some random guy beat him up ‘cuz he made fun of the guy’s mom, If nobody told him who you are or where you live I’d just leave town for a while. And don’t talk about it.

If you’ve already got summoned to court, the province has to get you a lawyer. Not sure how you go about finding one, but if you go to a police station and explain your situation, they’ve got lawyers the government pays for people in your situation. Won’t be as good as the lawyers this guy’s got, but he’ll know the situation and what your options are. So once he tells you your options, you’ll have to decide what you want- You’re probably looking at juvie or jail for assault anyway, but probably not too much if it’s your first time, and I think you can finish school from jail these days. So maybe you’ll be able to get a better job even though you’ll have a record. Everything happens for a reason. Good luck.

Use your time in gaol to study school topics or a trade. When you leave, you’ll have more skills than when you went in and you’ll be better off. If you don’t go to gaol, still look at school or a trade.

I cannot find a listing for this song from The Devil’s Rejects anywhere, while Tiny is pulling them from the burning house at the end of the movie. It is a slow, pretty song sung by a girl
